This is a great place where me and my friends stay in the past 3 years
It was very comfortable (since most of my friends stay) , convenient (with market and all kind of food) and very nice place to stay
but..
sad to say, It's not the fact that we face today..
Maybe because undisciplined of the resident to pay or keep changing management that makes our Ridzuan in critical condition now. with no proper fee to spent for maintenance, they wouldn't be able to fix things that need to be repair.
one of the major problem is the lift operation. there is three blocks in ridzuan condo, every block has 27 floors and there is only 1 lift working in every block.
phew~
I was in that condition for almost 3 months. It's trouble us so much especially when we are in emergency time. go up by stairs is faster then waiting for the lift. is so sad tho!
the end of last year was 2 lift working, It's already give us trouble. it happened because ridzuan loose most of the resident regarding their competition with suriamas (new condo front) .
Some of the resident might just mumble and complain behind, but some of it will speak up.
and this is a fact the unsatisfied resident towards the management. as we know the resident is not only student, there are most of the household living here. they wouldn't just shout up and accept everything. they want the management to fix it!
